Film News: A Lonely Place To Die

Being a native to this grand land, I do love it when horror movies get based in the UK. Not just because I'm proud that we get more and more exposure but I hate being compared to stiff upper lip types and like to prove that we are just as nasty. That is why I am pretty excited for latest fare, A Lonely Place To Die and it's new poster came bounding our way today. Check it out.

To give you a low down, a young couple (Melissa George and Ed Speelers are a couple on a mountain climbing trip in Scottish Highlands. Now, I know what you are thinking, this isn't a rip off 127 hours or a disaster movie. In fact, think Wicker Man as strange noise steer the couple to a young child, trapped in the mountains. Upon freeing her, our couple find that it was best to leave thing because some very dangerous people soon arrive, to make them pay.

Soon to be released in the UK September 7.

Definitely one for home grown wet-your-pants film.
